Overview
This policy applies to all Wild Ride merchandise sold through the Wild Ride online store (www.wildride.au).
Refunds and exchanges are offered for defective or damaged merchandise only. We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ or returns for incorrect sizing, so please make sure to use the size sheets on our product listing to select the correct size at the time of purchase.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your product must have been received in damaged or defective condition. In the event you receive an item of merchandise that is damaged or defective, please take photos of the item in its original, unused condition and send them to [email protected] along with details of your order. We will then work with you to coordinate a return and either a replacement or refund, according to the conditions below.
Refunds
Once your return order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If we confirm that the merchandise is damaged, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would prefer to receive an exchange rather than a refund, please note this to us in your support email to us.
Shipping returns
We will advise you of the return address in the event you have received some damaged or defective merchandise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
